I currently own and operate a luxury real estate brokerage in The Florida Keys with a GCI in excess of $1M annually, 13 real estate advisors, marketing, interns, and associated staff.

Blue 9 Realty, inc. / Blue 9 Realty, inc. d/b/a Florida Keys Vacation Brokers

Prior to becoming a licensed partner with Engel & Völkers, I started Blue 9 Realty, inc. While it serves as the rental arm, and holding company, Blue 9 Realty has managed over 120 rental units in Sarasota, North Port, Bradenton, Parrish, Key Largo, Tavernier, and Islamorada.

Construction experience in commercial large box retailers, tenant infill, adult living facilities, POS data centers, vision centers, polycarbonate canopies, nightclubs, and restaurants. Familiar with a wide array of construction methodologies, costing, estimation, risk management, scheduling, and negotiation.
